Press Release Body: An effort to Bring Intelligence into the way we build, test, and ship products. An aspiration to replace engineering hands with advanced intelligent systems capable to do the task intelligently. Its also an effort to break the monopoly of some of Test Automation Tool vendors in the Industry who to a very large extent have been constantly exploiting various Organizations, with their promises of products, which so not deliver as projected. This goes as an effort to throw some light on present Industry wide Test Systems, so that the Organizations/individuals can make more informed decisions. And still deliver the test systems and engineers use their time more intelligently and productively. Its also about a project on which I was working from past 7 years or so (leasurly along with the job); and it got stuck into various copywriting/patent issues. Whatever was possible to cover in the book, I have tried to do that to the extent that: Automated Computer Software Applications using 13 different tools/programming/scripting languages. The last section (and the major section 3/4th of the book), its implemented and demonstrated the hidden truths which if applied correctly and used diligently can work wonders with zero cost implications. The only investment that one needs to do is on the gray matter of people who are involved in the projects. An Example to take this to extremes: In case you happen to be a CEO, who wants to replace your Secretary with something more intelligent than her and that too tirelessly 24*7 and never misses humanly errors. This would show you the way. Another Example as above: Ever wondered how the lights and all the electronic systems used to get enabled whereever Bill Gates used to go (in his house). This is no big deal to accomplish. But could not be managed as a part of the book due to the reason quoted above. Due to inputs of various publishers and other copywriting related bottlenecks, could not include it in the present book. In one of my earlier Organizations, there were lakhs of customers which used to give nightmares to the support guys. And there used to be so many common querries (more than 50%); which we automated. I just cannot explain in humanly words how much difference it made. This is dedicated to my Manager Mr A S Rawat, and KRONOS family.
